These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the website ourkrewelogistics.com and the Our Krewe Logistics team portal at ourkrewelogistics.com/team, operated by Our Krewe Logistics, a registered DBA of JWWL WHOLESALE LOGISITCS, LLC ("Our Krewe Logistics", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the website, creating an account, or participating in our SMS text messaging program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- Team portal accounts are available to Our Krewe Logistics employees and contractors who are 18 years of age or older.
- You agree to provide accurate account information, including a mobile phone number you own or are authorized to use, and to keep it current in your account settings.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or team portal, including by attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the operation or security of the services, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
Our Krewe Logistics operates an SMS text messaging program from the number (504) 943-7239 for its employees and contractors. By opting in, you agree to these program terms.
Program description
Messages are limited to account-related communications: phone number verification codes, two-factor authentication (login security) codes, and account notifications such as payment alerts and work-related account updates. This program does not send marketing messages to the general public.
How to opt in
- Check the consent box when creating your employee or contractor account and adding your mobile phone number at ourkrewelogistics.com, or when updating your phone number and message options in your account settings; or
- Text START to (504) 943-7239.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, engagement, or of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by texting START or by updating your message options in your account settings. Opting out of SMS will stop delivery of SMS verification codes; contact us for alternative arrangements for securing your account.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the team portal or SMS program at any time, including when an employment or contractor relationship ends or for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services and opt out of messages at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
